NB Thunder strives to adhere to the competitive rules, where applicable, set forth by three governing bodies: University Interscholastic League (UIL), Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS), and the National Christian Homeschool Championships (NCHC).  The purpose for maintaining such high eligibility and competition standards is to ensure that this organization fulfills its purpose of providing opportunities to all homeschool students, and to encourage competition among other organizations that adhere to the same standards.

In addition to meeting the competition guidelines, student-athletes must also meet the eligibility criteria defining homeschooling.
